STUBITS, Oskar OSKAR STUBITS August 14th, 1932 May 21st, 2006 Into the arms of God, at home with peace and dignity and surrounded by his loving family, we announce with great sadness and a deep sense of loss the passing of Oskar Stubits. Beloved husband for 50 years of Maria (Jandrisits) Stubits, loving father of Rose Mary, Helen (Simon), Oscar (Terry), Theresa (Kevin), Katherine and Carol and cherished Papa of James, Julia, Amanda, Mark, Emma, Erin and Rachel. Dad and Mom emigrated from Austria in 1955 and together built a life, a family and a home. As a life-long employee of CNCP Telecommunications, Dad's job brought us to Winnipeg, Montreal and Toronto where we met family and many friends. He retired in 1989 as Director, Industry Liaison. Dad was a long time Executive member of the Burgenlaender Club (Austrian Social Club), and a Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. Thanks Dad for your legacy of faith in God, hard work, the importance of family and a sense of humour. God has you in His keeping; we have you in our hearts. We will miss you always. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to our family and friends who supported us in our time of need especially Fr. John Facey, Dr. S. Mallette-Edwards, Dr. D. Venturi, Dr. R. Clark and Dr. M. King. Family and friends may call at Neweduk Funeral Home at 1981 Dundas Street West, Mississauga, (1 block east of Erin Mills Pkwy.), on Wednesday, May 24th, 2006 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. (prayers at 7:30 p.m.). As per Dad's request, his funeral will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 25th, 2006 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (2473 Thorn Lodge Drive, Mississauga), interment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery. 面朝大海 春暖花开
曾经幻想拥有这样一间恬静淡雅的小屋,
屋外的院子里种还满了各色小花小草,
在晨曦初露的清早,
偷偷看着花呀草的含羞悄然伸懒腰的样子,
饮下花蕊里裹含的夜露,
那种滋味和心境,定是人生中难得的一份真味。
门对面应该还有期待以久的海
喜欢敞开的空间如骚动的潮涌...
一声呼喊,一声长啸,
天地与我并生,万物与我为一。
我要告诉每一个人,
我有一所房子, 面朝大海, 春暖花开。。。
从明天起, 做一个幸福的人
喂马, 劈柴, 周游世界
从明天起, 关心粮食和蔬菜
