《Scarborough Fair》(士嘉堡集市) 是首自己爱听的老歌，以前住在Scarborough时（此Scarborough非彼Scarborough）开车时有意无意地都会播放这首歌。
昨晚晚餐我做的是意大利粉Spaghetti，放了些特意买的Italian Parsley。外甥子潇刚从国内过来，问我这个味道很特别是啥，我说是Parsley。可能是发音不标准，被妻奚落说你那么喜欢的歌有一句歌词“Parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme”，我才恍然大悟，原来是出自《Scarborough Fair》，不觉汗颜。
这首我有二个版本， 一个是Sarah Brightman唱的，如下：
还有就是原版Simon And Garfunkel 在电影《毕业生》的插曲。电影《毕业生》我数年前看过，觉得一般。Dustin Holman的表演比后来的《雨人》中的角色显得青涩的多。但电影中的二首插曲，却是脍炙人口，其中就是这《Scarborough Fair》。 一高一低的和声，配合着完全不同的歌词，尤为经典。

前不久在Ashley买了一套Chamblee系列的餐厅家具，上周又置办了一块区域地毯，这样，一个像样的餐厅终于可以赶在春节之前投入使用了。
