移居美国的西班牙吉它大师Armik在此演出的曲目全系由他自己编撰，西班牙吉它音乐讲究节奏和动感，若然弹奏者够功力，吉它声一出就有能耐令听者跟着音乐声打拍子唱和，而Armik确实不愧吉它圣手之誉，碟中吉它的结像力、音色之铿锵通透和立体感都好到教人喝采，部分乐曲加上掌声（由Armik亲自“拍掌”），掌声厚而够肉，像真度一流。 这首Mi Amor音质相当好，演奏水准也绝对一流。
新生代Flamenco（弗拉明哥）吉它演奏家Armik的演奏应该算是是江湖中的大侠级。值得一提的是，Armik演奏的吉它是西班牙名制琴师Pedro Maldonado专门用珍罕木料Rubia手制，琴色金黄，黝黑琴颈镶着象牙白的指板。由于该吉它音色温润翠亮，共鸣饱满，演奏之时手感一流，不愧名家手艺，更令Armik爱不释手。便将该吉他命名为Rubia，就有如剑客得到倚天剑一样。如此集合了上好制材与名家手艺的名器，也启发了阿米克音乐创作的绝佳灵感。

这张CD很有名气，很多老店都有的，我在中国...只是推荐听听，有兴趣了，不妨买CD，自从看到周围太泛滥的没有版权的意识，我很少mp3的。。。。。

I have written reviews about all Armik's albums including 'Rubia' but I think this particular tune called 'Mi Amor' deserves a review of its own.
I have been listening to romantic music all my life including instrumental as well but I must admit that I have never come across anything with such passion and romance.
Mi Amor is a timeless classic. It is a joy forever. It is the stuff dreams are made off. It is the language of the heart. It is the melody that angels play in the heavens. It is the heart warming, pulse quickening, hallucinatory tune that drowns you in its love.
The song is so well written that while listening to it, time seems to come to a standstill. The world stops revolving and the whole world around you simply disappears. You come to a place where you are all alone and the only sounds are of your heart beating in sync with the rhythms of Mi Amor.
Mi Amor carries you on its wings to a fairytale land. A land where human emotions are still free and unbound and have not yet been rusted by the mechanical routine of today's life. Mi Amor is the song that every heart yearns to sing to someone. It is the song that every heart yearns to hear from another. I swear that listening to it really makes me feel as if I have been transported to a land that time forgot. It feels I have become part of somebody's dream.
Mi Amor makes you feel as if you are in a boat without oars or a motor. The boat is gently travelling along the water currents. You feel as if you are caught in a time when the world was still brand new.
Mi Amor makes you sweat and it makes you thirsty. It makes you love everyone and everything.
It reminds you what music should be like.
Mi Amor is one of Armik's best and I think that says it all.
A million salutes to the tune and its creator.

I enjoyed the 'Rain Dancer' for nearly six months after I had received it from Amazon and then I ordered 'Gypsy Flame' that contained some wonderful tunes. My girlfriend knows I am a great fan of Armik and she ordered 'Rubia' for me as a present. It is the most wonderful present that I have received in my life. I have listening to 'Rubia' for more than three months now and I must say that although I thought 'Rain Dancer' was the album of the millennium and still do, 'Rubia' is very nearly its equal. The mastery of the flamenco guitar plus the incredible and immense talent for conjuring up tunes and melodies of unheard passion and warmth made 'Rubia' a joy forever for me. My most favourite tunes are: Rubia, Seduction, Moldanado, Escapade, Sapphire Dreams and Veil of Desire. But I think the jewel in the crown is undoubtedly 'Mi Amor.' It is a tour de force. The most romantic piece of guitar music that I have ever heard in my life. Underneath its soft rhythms you can feel an ocean of romance, love and longing rushing and gushing. The notes seem to plead with the modesty and fervor of a true lover and leave the listener spellbound and breathless. Personally, it reminds me of the sweetest person I know who gave this musical gift in the form of 'Rubia' to me. Hats off to Armik. I think it is only a matter of time when Armik will become a household name all over the world. Keep up the good work, Armik. In a world where music seems to mean mindless noise and non-sensical lyrics, you stand tall and way above the rest. Thank you to Amazon for bringing me these timeless classics of Armik's albums that were not available to me in my country, but not for long, I hope. I insist that everyone who thinks he or she enjoys good music should go for 'Rubia' without any second thoughts. Or else they could miss out on something they could cherish forever.
